1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pet Palettes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pet Palettes allows users to upload photos of their pets, apply artistic styles using AI, and order physical products featuring the generated artwork. Features include free and premium tiers with varying access to art styles, generation limits, and product pricing.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to any photos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pet Palettes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for the purpose of art generation), and display such User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. AI Generated Artwork
The artwork generated by the Service is based on your User Content and AI models. While you may use the generated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, the underlying AI models and artistic styles remain the intellectual property of Pet Palettes or its licensors.
For premium users with specific commercial use licenses (if offered), the terms of that license will apply to the commercial use of generated artwork.
6. Purchases and Payments
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pet Palettes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pet Palettes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pet Palettes's website, even if Pet Palettes or a Pet Palettes authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
